So this time we're in the bath with Mae West..whose famous phrase was " come up and see me sometime..." and as you can see by the photos on the wall some did !!!!!(hope you can make them out!)
This is the first drawing of (I hope) a few with the title "In the Bath with..." This is Admiral Horatio Nelson on the eve of the Battle of Trafalgar ...hope you like it........
Coops a member of the Artrage forum very kindly some of the drawings I have shown on the forum into a gallery....I want to share this with you.....I have added a little something to it...can you guess what !!!hope you like it
The magazine has been published ,but due to a few hitches work is being done by the dedicated production team to enhance the quality of it..so here is my humble contribution...I hope you like it !!! I will post the link to the mag when it is ready......
Well the blog has been going now for one year !!!! much to my surprise.... I seem to have spells of posting a lot followed by weeks of nothing...but c'est la vie as they say .....lol Thanks to everyone who has been ,viewed and commented...I appreciate it and hope you'll keep coming back...
This is another picture I've put on the Artrage forum..The famous painter was Cezanne.( says Ann) and the title of the painting was Bread and Eggs..........
On the Artrage forum one of the threads is to draw a funny imitation of a famous artist and there work...I chose John Singer Sargent a famous American potrait painter who worked in Paris until he painted Madam X ...this picture was thought to be so provocative that he had to leave France....this is my take on it....hope you like it...
Another one for my friend Billy.I 've just done one for his son in his wheel chair and this one is for his partners 40th birthday....she is a big Formula1 fan and supports Ferari...and loves Wallace and Gromit....
I've seen a few 3-d cartoon drawings recently and decided to have a try myself....this is our dog Holly.....(good job she doesn't use the computer !!! )
I bought the painting programme Artrage studio pro a little while ago and have submitted some of my drawings on the Artrage forum. I was invited to do a short piece of writing with some cartoons for the new e-magazine that is due to be ready for viewing on the 15th Feb....details to follow..
